I am purchasing a Real Sim Gear GTN750Xi for my MSFS 2024 will this program work with this add on in real time?
or is it just for the in-plane use

We are not sure what you mean by real-time, can you please elaborate on this?
The TDS GTNXi Pro works very well with the RSG GTN7500, you can use the MSFS Pop-out panel manager application. So the answer is: of course!

thank you for getting back to me I bought a Real sim gear GTN750 and GTN 650 to use I have a Real sim gear GNS530 and A GNS430 which work like the real thing it is external, which
changes the information on the real sim units I did not need software for this just trying to figure out if I need this program

The RealSimGear GTN750 and GTN650 are hardware units, they do not come with software.
According to the Real Sim Gear website:
"Required Avionics Software:
RealSimGear only recommends the use of the TDS Simualtions GTNXi avionics for X-Plane 11 and 12.
RealSimGear also recommends TDS Simulations GTNXi Pro for PC versions of Microsoft Flight Simulator 2020/2024. "
