GTNXi fails to open in MSFS 2020 - mrdcon2024 - 01-04-2026
Hi,
I updated my GTNXi to the latest version 1.3.1.1 and it's a black screen in MSFS 2020. I'm using RealSimGear's GTN750Xi hardware. Worked great prior to the update.
How can I revert back to the previous software version that worked? ... or can you tell me how to fix this?

We do not offer the possibility to install older versions, but of course that we will help you.
Let's try this: with MSFS closed, start the TDS GTNXi Pro from the desktop shortcut and click on the GTN750Xi button, does the screen light up?
In addition, does the TDS GTNXi interface auto load with MSFS? A splash screen should be displayed on startup.
Which aircraft are you using in MSFS 2020 with the TDS GTNXi?

The GTN750 xi is working> I didn't realize that the update required me to select the departing airport before it appears on the screen. Prior versions defaulted to Boston ( I recall). However, I have noticed that my direct to function does not activate. When I select a "nearest airport", the menu appears but when I select activate, it does not activate the flight path ???
Never had an issue before.

Hello,
When the TDS GTNXi Pro is not connected to MSFS, the default starting location is KJFK.
Please provide us with screenshots on the DTO bug, as this is not a known bug, or widespread.
