Hi,

I purchased your GTN750xi Pro yesterday and can't get it to light up in my Black Square Bonanza professional, or in the Carenado C182 and Carenado C210.  All of the EFBs are set correctly. The TDS GPS manager shows the Aviation / PC trainers, and the TDS GTNxi / FS2020 all show that they're installed. The stand alone TDS GTN750xi and the GTN650 also have black screens. Navigraph is set up and connected. TDS sim starts up with FS2020, and when FS is running, the TDS stand alone shows it's connected to FS2020 and in gauge mode.  It's also present in the icon tray, and the TDS GTNXi gauge folder is present in the community folder. Windows desktop runtime is installed. I have the trainers running before I start FS, and I'm also getting no errors. The stock units are operational. Also, I installed everything with Norton AV disabled, and I've added log files that may help. Lastly, I have nothing by Honeycomb which I understand can interfere. 



I've done searches and tried everything I could find to try with no luck. Thanks for your help!!

Thanks to the TDS team the issue I had was resolved! The problem was Norton AV interfering with the GTN750Xi resulting in black screens. I really appreciate the TDS team's dedication to resolving their customer's issues.  Kudos to them for their expertise and effort in finding a quick resolution!
