Hi,
like some other users I suddenly experience Black Screens. Since you answered via E-Mail I could not resolve the problem on my own. Please help.

We are not sure what you mean that since we answered via email. Can you please provide us, via email, with the log file from My Documents: TDSGTNXiExeLog.txt
As well as a reference to this post.

I meant that you answered other users who had a black screen via E-Mail, therefore nobody else could see the solution. Meanwhile, I reinstalled the Garmin Trainer, which seemed to have helped; the screens are alive again.
