The TDSROARService.exe is a communication process.
We recommend doing this:
Reboot the PC, re-run the TDS GPS Manager as an administrator (right click on the executable, select Run As Administrator), then reinstall the TDS GTNXi XPlane V1.0.1.5
Let us know if it works different.
