I'm considering buying the TDS GTNXi specifically for the Carenado C210, and I'd like to know if it's fully compatible with the aircraft in X-Plane 12 (I'm using the REP version).
If anyone has a screenshot of the TDS GTNXi installed in the C210, I'd really appreciate it. I'd love to see how it looks and confirm that everything works as expected.
I just saw that the Airfoil Labs Analog 172 supports the Reality GTN 750. Sinc yours is so much better, I was wondering if yours worked in this plane? (Hoping YES!) I have been flying the Pilatus PC12 behind your GTN for over 350 hours now and is a true joy to fly!

I've upgraded to the GTN 750Xi from the GTN 750 and the touchscreen is unresponsive if I start the flight in VR. This didn't happen with the old 750, just started with the 750Xi. If I start it in 2D mode and switch to VR it seems to be fine.
So both the GTN750Xi and 650Xi have blank screens. I have tested both on the Black Square Duke and the single 750Xi on the Carenado 182.
The TDS GTNXi Flight Sim app (ver 1.3.1.5) is also a little buggy for me, I can only access the Avionics page, where the 750Xi and 650Xi both show blank screens.
I cannot open the Settings or Navigraph pages (even though I have the pro upgrade)
Along with that app, it does show when connected to MSFS2024 though.
Regarding the Garmin trainer package, the trainers work fine, they pop out and begin their demo.
As read on a different thread, I took a flight around the block to gather some logging, however the log does not show more granular info, just that the sim was started and that it ended.
Antivirus whitelist has been configured, I added both the Garmin trainer and the TDS folders to the exception list.
Newly installed TDS GTNXi in XPlane11 using the default XPlane C172SP and just using the pop out window.
There is no way to click on the Com/Nav frequency button to switch it over to the NAV frequencies, the only functions exposed are the left/right frequency adjustment values. This makes it unusable for VOR navigation or for switching to the ILS frequency when intercepting the final approach course.
Note this is not in any way integrated into the aircraft and is only running in its own pop out window. Doesnt matter if I use the 650 or 750, both behave the same.
Hi, I have two Xplane environments - one in Steam, the other on my C:\X-Plane 12 directory. TDS GTNXi was successfully installed to the steam version. That's not what I want and it seems unusual to not be given the chance to declare the X-Plane directory for the install.
There doesn't appear to be an obvious way of directing the installation to my non-Steam version of X-Plane 12. I am certain this has come up and that I'm a rube doof for not having discovered the forum thread that solves this. Please bear with me and point me to a solution so that I can run the 750 on my primary installation.
I do not know how to screen shot but...I was flying the Blacksquare Baron and had the GTN750 on top and the GNS430 on bottom. There has ALWAYS BEEN the audio selection on the top part of the 750. I switched to radio 2 using a switch on some hardware which worked. Puzzled I looked around and NOTHING physical with being able to mouse click. Looked at the gtn 750 and on the top where the radio 1 radio 1+2 WAS is now white with DTK,TK,GS and something else? which IS ON THE MAIN PAGE ALSO. Reinstalled to all the latest. NOTHING in community TDS??? only APP DATA TDS with all the airplanes in it. Tried on MANY of the dozens of aircraft....all the same. Even if there is an audio panel or NOT the gtn is changed...HOW????? Everything I have tried does not work. Simming since 1995. All audio panels apart of the airplanes still work...IF they are there. The blacksquare Baron uses the GTN750 but it does not exist on the unit AT ALL anymore...thanks for any help
I have got to add to this..a bit slower. FLUSTERED on first try. The Carenado C210 and have the GTN750 on top and the GTN650 below. IF there is NO external audio panel it SHOULD be in the GTN750....NO GO!!!!!! Just checked and there is NO WAY to turn on the ATIS in com2 UNLESS it has been programmed to a hardware switch or something. IT DOES NOT exist in the GTN750 ANYMORE..strange strange think is on the 4 boxes that have NOW replaced it you can click on them and change them into ANYTHING EXCEPT back the way its been the last couple years. WINDOWS 11 and MSFS2020 Thanks.
SORRY ...its like my cell phone that writes its own words. The last paragraph changed and added senseless words...
