Problem in MSFS 2024

Hi Guys
Installed (Administrator)the software in the sim but there is only a black screen showing up after loading the plane.(Fly sim ware 35A Learjet)
Tried twice to  uninstall and reinstall but with no luck.

Hello David,

With MSFS closed, please start the TDS GTNXi from the desktop shortcut and click on the GTN750Xi button, does the screen light up?

In addition, which antivirus are you using?

Yes the screen lights up and the screen is similar to what is needed to be in virtual cockpit.
My anti virus is TotaAv

Does the TDS GTNXi function well in other add-on aircraft as a VC integration?
Have you selected the TDS GTNXi livery for the FSW LJ35?

Hello,

FSW have updated the LJ35 and there are no more GPS liveries. Selection of the TDS GTNXi Pro is done using the in built tablet. Please let us know how it goes.

So yes I selected the TDS GTNXi Pro option via the tablet however, the screen remains black.
It works fine with the TBM 850 from black square

Hello,

As the TDS GTNXi Pro works well as a VC integrated option in another aircraft, the issue doe snot lie with TDS. Please check the power of the LJ35, the avionics bus, as well as post some screenshots.

I am also having problems with the integrated GTN750Xi black screen. The window launched from TDS GTNXi Flight Sim 1.3.1.1 works and responds to the buttons on the integrated bezel. The same problem occurs with the 2020 and 2024 FSW Lear35a as well as the C414 with the VC integration mod. I also own the PMS750 and that works fine (just not as good as TDS!)

Please provide us with the antivirus used, as well as a log file after a failed MSFS 2024 flight, from My Documents: TDSGTNXiExeLog.txt
