Integration into Cessna 172 basic

I   have a subscription I purchased today.  I expected to see the GNS 650 unit in the Cessna 172 cockpit on the flight panel instead of the G 540 unit in the basic C  172 or the C172  g1000  plane.    I see the TDS is running in a separate window (it does seem to be connected to MSFS 2024)  but every time I  mouse and select  something on the  c  172 panel the TDS window disappears.  When I purchased the software, I expected total integration ?  What am I missing?

Yes, there is full integration: please install the appropriate C172 TDS GTNXi marcfsx mod from the link below:

https://tdssim.com/ProUpgrade/msfs2024mods#third

Then select the C172 Analog (not the G1000) and you should see the VC integrated GTNXi.

I am not having much luck!  I guess I need more detailed instructions.  I have been using the search feature of Windows eleven and cannot  find the community folder , LocalCache to look for anything.  I did download the link and created a document folder to extract them into.
