Course / CDI / OBS Data not being sent
#1
Hello.

Using the latest version with MSFS 2024.
Running in stand-alone mode.  Same issue with the 650 and 750 units

Issue/Question:

Once I start navigating to a waypoint or performing an approach, the course and CDI data is not seemingly sent to my aircraft.  I see this on G1000 planes and also the Caronodo C182RG.
The GPS in stand-alone mode DOES seem to be receiving the navigation data (i.e., position) from the simulator so I can see my position on the stand-alone GPS screen.

Thoughts?

Thank you

1) For most of the airplanes in MSFS, I can run it in Stand Alone mode.  Everything seems to work including comm frequencies being synched.  However, if I go DIRECT or load a flight plan in the GPS (in Stand Alone mode), it never seems to send that information to the simulator.  For example, running the stock G1000 C172 in MSFS, it never sets up the waypoint, the CDI.  I checked the settings for the GPS in your app and I have it configured to send that information to the GPS indicator (vs VOR).  I even tried it on the VOR settings, and that doesn't work.  Interesting, I can select VLOC to GPS or VOR on the GPS or in the sim and they do talk to each other and stay synched.  So not sure what is going on.

No antivirus software running.

2) I purchased the Caronodo C182 and it is great.  It said it works with your system.  When I run it, your GPS simulator goes to Guage mode.  I cannot see the GPS in the C182 panel, nor do I know how to get it to show up.  It just shows the 530 unit.

3) I used to have the PMS50 (your competitor).  I removed it to avoid conflicts.  They used to have a menu item inserted at the top of the screen in the sim to enable the GPS to work as a pop-out/up.  I don't see that for your sim.

Anyone have any advice for this?

Thank you!

Hello,

As these questions have been addressed via email, we have answered there. There is no need to post/send the same questions in multiple places.

To clarify a question, there are A LOT of aircraft that support the TDS GTNXi Pro as a VC integrated options:
Both aircraft add-ons:

As well as default MSFS 2024 aircraft:
