Periodic stutters every 30-40 sec. with various aircraft

Hi,

I've recently noticed (not sure if it was present before, but I don't think so) that I observe stutters when using TDS GTNs. I haven't been using my sim for some time (month or so), then bought new C208 Pro from BlackSquare. Before first flight I noticed an update of GTNXi is available, so I installed it. And I started to observe those stutters during that first flight.
It happens in various aircraft: new C208 Pro, BlackSquere TBM 850, default C172 with cockpit mod.
Stutters are not constant - I have 30-40 sec of fluent flight, then stutters for around 10sec... 
When I change gps to some different option (blackSquare allows this even mid-flight), then stutters disappear, that's how I came up it's issue with GTNXi.
It doesn't matter what region of World I'm visiting, I tried even over middle of Atlantic with no terrain in vicinity.

I added processes to Win defender exclusions    

Also, Hardware-Accelerated GPU Schedulling is set to OFF.

Any idea what might be causing these? Any way to investigate on my side?
Unfortunately it's a showstopper, when it happens during take-off or landing it's not possible to control aircraft properly.

We are sorry to hear of the issues.

Please provide us with a screenshot of the GTN XI Startup/Database info so we can see the versions of the TDS GTNXi and GTNXi PC Trainer which are active on your system.
GPU Hardware Scheduling is not a requirement to be turned off anymore, but for this we need to confirm proper version information first.

We will do our best to assist you.

Also, if that matters, I'm on quite old processor: AMD Ryzen 5 3600X 6-Core Processor (3.79 GHz)
32 GB of RAM
And Nvidia 5060 Ti (16GB)

Let's discuss the disk drives a bit, specifically the disk drive where the MSFS 2024 Local State (please note the name) resides. Is it a HDD, SSD or M.2? Usually this is the C:\ drive and this is what is important.

Unfortunately i don't use my system drive for sim...
I have System (Win11) on C:, which is M.2
I use Steam FS2024 on Drive F: - this is SSD (sata, on cable, not m.2), also Community folder is on F:
TDS software is on C:  - C:\ProgramData\TDS
Never had any problems with such setup. Some time ago I reorganized my system, as I bought that M.2 drive, system reinstall etc. Now I lost my confidence I have had successful flights with TDS on this configuration... 
Should I try and move to C with Sim and Community? Now I even have enough space there...

You can find the full path of your LocalState folder in the TDSGPSManager.txt log file located in My Documents.

If you have MSFS 2024 from Steam, then it will be under: "MSFS2024 Steam LocalState Folder:"

We need to take this one step at a time.

I'm sorry, didn't understand your request...
And unfortunately (for purpose of finding out the cause of issue) I moved my sim and Community to C: drive. Also reinstalled TDS MSFS2024 gauges. Good for me - it seems to solve my issue, now I get completely fluent sim. 

Now, i can see such entries in TDS manager txt file:

And I think they were the same before moving sim. But, unfortunately, not sure about that...

Anyway, there must have been something wrong with my config, as each time I started the sim, I got notification it was not properly closed last time... now this is finally gone.
