Thank you for the log files, unfortunately something else seems to be at play here, as the log files indicate that there was just one instance of the GTN750Xi which has been active the entire flight, without the process hanging, it closed correctly at the same time as X-Plane. Can you retest the same scenario on the ground, with a different aircraft?
It is not about aircraft, majbe it is about time
Same thing today, same route but with X-Trident Bell-412
I have restrated plugin with X-Plane Plugin Admin, and after that it again atrat to work

Unfortunately the log files are provided after you have restarted the plugin, because of this they do not indicate a crash. We will need at least some crash data, so you need to exist X-Plane as soon GTNXi screen freezes.
There is one thing that we do not understand, can you please re-run thee same test flight with a fixed wing aircraft and let us know how it works?
With fixed wing aircraft flight duration was shorter, but i will make it fly for 4h and 45 mins, because in both helicopters that was the time when GTNXi freezes

Same thing after four+ hours in flight with C172
Although, as you can see from the screenshot, it seems that GTNXi is running in the background, while freezes on screen
