Hello,

Unfortunately you have removed and uninstalled the PC Trainer, which was not necessary. Please re-install the base Aviation Trainer Launcher V3.10.3.0 and the GTNXi PC Trainer component V20.42.2.

Then from within the TDS GPS Manager reinstall the TDS GTNXi Pro for MSFS V1.3.0.1

Has this problem been resolved?  I am having the same problem "GTN Xi Series Trainer has stopped working."  I have tried unstalling and re-installing the Aviation Trainer Launcher, GTNXI PC Trainer Component, and the TDS GTNXi Pro for MSFS several times but to no avail.  I also installed Navigraph Hub and installed the current AIRAC navdata.

hello

Sorry for the long delay.   i have recently had to do fresh in stall for windows 10 and msfs 2020.  i also downloaded an ran the tds gps , manager.  install all parts aviation trainer, gtxi pc trainer and the tds gtnxi.  then i ran msfs, and tried to fly the pc 12 that was also install new.  after sitting it the cold dark cockpit, i selected the ipad to turn on the gtnxi , and loadup, but when i turned on the power, it stayed black. no display.  did i miss something during install?

I would really like to get this working again.. i loved flying with this add on in the pc12.  i have spent hour in the plane just learning how to make the gtnxi work for me.  the information it provides makes the game just a little more enjoyable.

Hello,

Let's try this: with MSFS closed, please start the TDS GTNXi Pro from the desktop shortcut, then click on the GTN750Xi button. Does the screen light up?
If it does not, then provide u with the log file from My Documents: TDSGTNXiExeLog.txt

Please let us know of the antivirus used.

Not to worry, we will find a solution, we always do.
