BLACK SCREEN

Greetings,

I'm suffering the infamous Black Screen condition as well.  Both inside and outside the sim. Already ran through the gauntlet of usual ideas.  Heres' the breakdown....

From the GP Manager (v 1.0.1.7) I'm showing the following:

1. Aviation Trainer Installed Version: 3.12.1.0 (Tried the "recommended" version of 3.10.3.0, same result)
2. GTNXI PC Trainer Installed Version: 20.42.2   (Tried the most current version as well, same result)
3. Both FS20/24 Gauges installed and match the listed Available Versions.

Added the Exclusions into Windows Defender as instructed.

Third-Party Anti-Virus is Norton, double-checked their exclusions as well (unless there's others that are needed I'm not aware of).

Attached are the Log Files.

Rather frustrated with this, needless to say.   Help, please.

Hello Ken,

This is indeed a Norton issue, as shown in the TDSGTNXiExeLog.txt
It requires a full path exclusion, we can send you the instructions and a screenshot, but please send us an email referencing this support forum post and we will get this sorted so you can fully use the TDS GTNXi.
