Trying to insert approach into flight plan not working

I am trying to insert a RNAV approach into my current flight plan in the GTN 750xi but it never does show up in my flight plan. I am flying the MS native Cessna Caravan.

Unfortunately the information provided does not help us in understanding the issue.
Exactly what are you trying to achieve? Is this question pertaining to the TDS GTNXi Pro?

Which airport, approach and versions of the TDS GTNXi are you running?

As the default Cessna Caravan contains a G1000 NXi, which is a GPS unit, it is unrealistic, as well as technically incompatible with the GTNXi, which is a different GPS unit and never co-exists in the same panel. We would strongly advise to use an official GTNXi integrated aircraft.

Hi yes I am talking about the TDS GTNxi, and I am using it undocked on an iPad so that like in real life it is a touch screen , I create a flight plan between M17 and KVBT for example, which then inserts a pink line in the map , looking at the flight plan, I have my departure airport and my destination. Then while enroute as I am flying I go to the procedures tab and select an approach to a runway (RWY 18) there is on 1 approach option for this runway at this airport (RNAV 18) , I am able to select it and activate. The pink line direct to KVBT never updates to the IAF for the RNAV 18 and the approach does not appear inserted into the flight plan.

Do you actually activate the approach from the PROC page?

While there is a RNAV 18LPV approach, you can select the ZATEB transition with course reversal or vectors, so this information is necessary as well.

We have attempted loading this approach and it is working fine on our end. In this case, please send us exact, step by step instructions, with screenshots on what you are doing.

Yes I am selecting and activating the approach in the standard way on a GTN from the PROCEDURE view, just like on a real GTN 750, and then I load and activate the approach. And it makes no difference whether I select the course reversal or not, I have tried with an RNAV 20 approach at KSGF. Same issue. I have now tested it on the Carenado 182Q as well same issue. And it happens ONLY when running the GTN 750xi in STANDALONE mode. Done per TDS instructions under release 1.0.2.5.
When I run the GTN 750xi in Gauge mode it works fine in the 182Q. (in Panel)

And you have done it on your end in Standalone mode?

I am not sure what changed... but it is now suddenly working.
