GTN Performance in VR mode - MSFS24

Hi, I'm using the GTN in VR mode in MSFS24.  It's very delayed and sluggish.  Soon as I come out of VR mode, it runs perfectly.  I am not using Antivirus when the flight simulator is running so nothing to exclude.   Just wondering if there is any way to get better perfomance from the GTN in VR.   Everything else is running smooth in VR, it's just the GTN which slows down considerably.   Thanks again !

As a first step, we strongly recommend setting the antivirus exclusions, as part of the Windows Defender package and TDS GTNXi performance guidelines from the PDF manual.
